1. Introduction
These Payment Terms govern all payment transactions conducted through the TalentGrid platform operated by Talent Grid Limited (NZBN: 9429051450724) ("TalentGrid", "we", "us", or "our"). These terms apply to both Contractors providing services and Facilities engaging services through the platform.
By using the TalentGrid platform, you agree to these Payment Terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Contractor Agreement, and Facility Agreement.
