What do I need to join?
You'll need a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) or relevant qualification, right to work in NZ, and standard ID. We verify all workers before they can claim shifts.
How do taxes work?
You work as an independent contractor, meaning you are responsible for your own taxes. We auto-generate invoices for you making it easy to manage your earnings.
Can I work for other agencies?
Yes! We have no lock-in contracts or exclusivity clauses. You can use TalentGrid alongside any other agency or direct employment you have.
